Raffle Terms & Conditions

North Avon Christchurch BMX Club Fundraiser

These Terms & Conditions apply to the Supercross RS7 Frame (winner chooses from available sizes/colours at the time of the draw) Box Carbon Fork (excludes X5 & X6 model fork) raffle supporting North Avon Christchurch BMX Club (NAC BMX). By purchasing a ticket online or at the South Island Titles, you agree to the following:

1. Organiser

This raffle is operated by North Avon Christchurch BMX Club, a New Zealand non-profit sporting organisation. Trackstars BMX is assisting with online payment processing only and is not the organiser of the raffle.

2. Purpose of the Raffle

Funds raised support NAC BMX in hosting the 2026 BMXNZ South Island Titles.

Trackstars BMX will deduct:

  • The wholesale cost of supplying the Supercross RS7 Frame and Box Carbon Fork

  • Shopify/Stripe payment processing fees

All remaining proceeds go directly to NAC BMX.

3. Prize

  • 1 × Supercross RS7 Frame (winner chooses from available sizes/colours at the time of the draw)

  • 1 × Box Carbon Fork (excludes X5 & X6 model, can pay the price difference if wanting this model fork)

No cash alternative is offered.

4. Ticket Sales

  • Tickets are $10 each

  • Maximum of 500 tickets

  • Tickets sold online until 9 January 2026

  • Remaining tickets sold at the Trackstars BMX shop site during the South Island Titles

  • Each ticket purchased = one entry

  • No physical ticket is issued; order confirmation is proof of entry

5. Eligibility

  • Open to New Zealand residents only

  • Entrants must be 18 years or older

  • Committee members involved in running the draw may not participate in conducting the draw

6. Ticket Allocation

Tickets are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Online entries use the Shopify order number as the base identifier.
A central register generates one entry per ticket purchased.
Trackside ticket sales are recorded and added to the same register.

NAC may review the complete ticket list before the draw.

7. Draw Details

  • Draw will take place at prizegiving on 11 January 2026, once racing concludes

  • A random selection method will be used

  • Draw overseen by two NAC representatives

  • Winner announced at prizegiving and contacted via email/phone

  • If the winner cannot be reached within 14 days, NAC may redraw the prize

8. Prize Collection

The prize may be collected from Trackstars BMX or shipped within New Zealand at no cost.
NAC and Trackstars BMX accept no responsibility for courier delays.

9. Refunds

Ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued unless the raffle is cancelled.

10. Compliance

This raffle is conducted under Class 1 Gambling (Gambling Act 2003):

  • Proceeds do not exceed $5,000

  • Net proceeds benefit an authorised community purpose

  • The organiser is a non-profit society

  • The draw is fair and transparent

A licence is not required for Class 1 gambling.

11. Privacy

Information collected is used only for administering the raffle and contacting the winner.
Details are not shared outside NAC BMX and Trackstars BMX.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a ticket, entrants accept these Terms & Conditions.

Purchase Ticket
