Shipping Policy
At Trackstars BMX, we know you’re eager to get your gear. We work hard to dispatch orders as quickly as possible so you can spend more time riding and less time waiting.
Free Shipping
We offer FREE standard shipping on New Zealand orders over $199 (excluding oversized items and rural surcharges where applicable).
Shipping charges for orders under $199 are calculated at checkout.
Order Processing
- In-stock items ordered before 2:00 pm NZST on business days are typically dispatched the same business day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 pm, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
New Zealand Shipping
We ship throughout New Zealand using trusted courier partners.
Estimated delivery times (once dispatched):
- South Island: 1–3 business days
- North Island: 2–5 business days
- Rural addresses: Please allow an additional 1–3 business days.
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to courier demand, weather events, or other factors outside our control.
Australian Shipping
We also ship to Australia.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
- Delivery generally takes 5–10 business days following dispatch, depending on location and customs processing.
- Any import duties, taxes, or customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Pre-Order Items
Items marked as Pre-Order are not currently in stock and will be dispatched once they arrive at our warehouse.
- Estimated arrival dates are provided where available but are subject to supplier shipping schedules.
- If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may hold the order and ship everything together unless otherwise arranged. If you require the in-stock items sooner, please contact us before placing your order or immediately afterwards. Additional freight charges may apply for split shipments.
Large & Oversized Items
Some products, including complete bikes, frames, wheels, and oversized items, may incur additional freight charges depending on the delivery location. If this applies, we will contact you before dispatch.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive tracking information via email so you can monitor your delivery.
Delivery Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order.
Trackstars BMX cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
- Failed delivery attempts where no one is available to receive the parcel.
- Courier delays outside our control.
- Severe weather or other unforeseen events.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at info@trackstarsbmx.co.nz with your order number.
We’ll work with our courier partners to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Click & Collect
If Click & Collect is available, you’ll receive a notification when your order is ready for collection. Please wait until you receive confirmation before arriving.
