Trackstars BMX was created by a BMX family who wanted more choice for race BMX here in New Zealand.

Today, we're focused on bringing premium race BMX products and brands to New Zealand, giving Kiwi riders and families greater choice and easier access to quality race equipment right here at home.

We're part of the BMX community

Trackstars isn't just an online BMX store.

We're New Zealand owned and operated, based in Alexandra, Central Otago, and we're active members of the BMX community ourselves. We're at the tracks, at race meetings and events, and experiencing the sport alongside the riders and families we serve.

That involvement is a big part of how we choose what we stock and the brands we work with.

We want to offer products that we believe have a genuine place in race BMX — whether that's helping a young rider progress, giving an experienced racer more options for their setup, or bringing something new to the New Zealand market.

Race BMX is our focus.

We're continually building relationships with BMX brands and suppliers to bring premium frames, components, race equipment, protective gear and apparel to New Zealand.

For us, it's not about having every cycling product imaginable. It's about building a strong range specifically for BMX racing and being able to help riders and parents make sense of the options.

Because we've been the parents trying to work out frame sizes, crank lengths, gearing and which component is actually right for our rider too.

Growing with BMX in New Zealand

Our vision for Trackstars goes beyond selling BMX parts.

We want to help raise the profile of race BMX in New Zealand and grow alongside the sport.

That means supporting riders, being present within the racing community, supporting events where we can, working with BMX dealers around the country and helping make great race products more accessible to Kiwi riders.

We're proud of what Trackstars is becoming, but we're equally excited about where BMX in New Zealand can go from here.

We're here for the long haul, and we want to grow with it.
