Bio

Reeve Steffens is one of the up-and-coming young riders from the Alexandra BMX Club in Central Otago. Selected as plate #455 for the 2025 North Island Titles (Sprockets 7 Boys) he already demonstrates the consistency and enthusiasm we look for in the Trackstars BMX Development Team.

Reeve’s passion for BMX started through local club days and the thrill of launching out of the gate. What stands out about Reeve is his eagerness to learn, his focus on gate-starts and berms, and how much he hooks into the community element of BMX — the races, the travel, the shared experience with fellow young riders.

Despite being in the early stages of his competitive journey, Reeve has already stepped up into national level events and is gaining valuable experience ahead of his peers. One of his club posts from the Nationals shows him lining up and competing with huge determination.
