SPP Supersized™ Multi-Length BMX Axle System

SPP brings Supersized™ Performance to one of the most critical components in BMX racing — the axle.

Developed under the direction of BMX legend Toby Henderson, the SPP Multi-Length Axle System is engineered around Supersized™ Cap Technology, increasing the surface area where the axle meets the dropout. By expanding this contact footprint, the system improves clamping stability and reduces micro-movement at the dropout interface — increasing overall stiffness under race loads.

Traditional axles are built around fixed lengths, often forcing riders to compromise on fitment. The SPP Multi-Length platform solves this by combining adjustable length flexibility with redesigned dropout contact zones.

Precision-machined Supersized™ alloy caps create a broader, more stable interface at the dropout, reducing deflection during sprint acceleration, hard landings, and repeated gate hits. The result is a more controlled, responsive front or rear end with reduced flex where it matters most.

Each axle is machined from high-grade 7000-series aluminium, providing excellent strength, fatigue resistance, and reliable clamping performance.

The adjustable architecture covers multiple fitments in one precision unit, with laser-marked length ranges clearly identified on the axle body for accurate setup.

Available in 104–125 mm and 125–175 mm configurations, and offered in 15 mm. The system delivers adaptability without sacrificing stiffness.

Machined alloy SPP end badges are integrated directly into the Supersized™ caps, reinforcing the structure while delivering a clean, premium finish. Packaged in SPP’s signature retail hang bag, the axle integrates seamlessly into the broader Supersized™ Performance lineup.
