The 2026 Supercross ENVY RS7 takes one of the most proven aluminium BMX race platforms and pushes it forward with upgraded materials, modern drivetrain technology, and complete brake flexibility — while retaining the world-championship-winning Supercross geometry riders already know.
The metal got better. The technology moved forward. The fit and race-proven geometry stay the same.
At the heart of the ENVY RS7 is Supercross's 6069 aluminium construction with T4/T6 heat treatment.
The 6xxx-series alloy responds to a complete T6 process involving solution heat treatment, liquid quenching, and artificial ageing. This restores strength throughout the frame, including the critical heat-affected areas surrounding the welds.
The 6069 alloy also incorporates Vanadium as a grain refiner, contributing to a material with excellent strength, toughness, workability, and fatigue characteristics.
For BMX racing, that means a frame engineered to withstand the repeated stresses of explosive gate starts, hard landings, sprinting, and high-level competition.
Pro and larger ENVY RS7 frames feature a T47 threaded bottom bracket, bringing technology from Supercross's flagship Vision F1 and Vision F1x carbon frames to the aluminium ENVY platform.
The larger interface provides increased bearing support and full threaded engagement, creating a solid and serviceable foundation for your race crankset.
The goal is simple: a stiff, secure drivetrain platform when you're putting maximum power through the pedals.
Every ENVY RS7 size, from Micro through Pro XXL 24, gives racers the flexibility to choose their preferred braking setup.
The frame features a welded-on disc brake tab combined with removable V-brake mounts.
Run traditional V-brakes. Build it with a disc. Or change your setup later.
The RS7 also retains the traditional BMX axle and chain tensioner arrangement, giving racers modern brake compatibility without unnecessarily changing the familiar BMX rear-end setup.
Supercross hasn't changed what didn't need changing.
The ENVY RS7 retains the race-proven geometry that has helped Supercross riders reach the top step at every level of BMX competition.
That means riders already familiar with the ENVY platform can benefit from the RS7's updated materials and technology without sacrificing the fit, handling, and responsiveness that made the platform successful.
The ENVY RS7 is built for racers who want the responsiveness and proven feel of a premium aluminium race frame combined with the technology expected from the latest generation of BMX bikes.
It's lighter where it needs to be, strong where it matters, compatible with modern braking and drivetrain setups, and built around geometry with a proven racing pedigree.
The Standard, Reset — the 2026 Supercross ENVY RS7.
